The Paul and Lisa DeAngelo Family Foundation supports numerous charities and nonprofit organizations throughout Northeastern Pennsylvania.  If you are an individual and are reaching out to be considered for assistance, we will need the following information regarding your request:

 

• The dollar amount that you are requesting

• A description of what a donation would be used for and the need

• Supporting documentation to show the need

• Full name, address, phone number, and email

• Description of any other assistance you are receiving (for example, from the government or other charities)

 

Please note that because of the volume of requests we receive and our commitments to nonprofit, youth sport and other charitable organizations, donations to individuals are on a very limited basis. In addition, all donation requests are subject to the approval of the Foundation.
